Delivery
Delivery is FREE of charge to most of the U.K mainland. (There may be an additional delivery charge for some Island Postcodes. You will be advised by email of any such charge which you will be required to acknowledge before we despatch your goods)We endeavour to deliver within 2-5 days. In the unlikely event of there being a delay we will contact you either by e-mail or by telephone on your contact number.
As delivery is normally between 9.00am and 5.00pm weekdays, it maybe more suitable to supply us with your work address for delivery, as the carrier will require a valid signature on delivery. *Please note that whilst we try to ensure deliveries & collection run as smooth as possible, we cannot be held responsible for non delivery or collections of items on a particular day from a residential address.
Returns / Problems/ Cooling Off Period
You must report any shortages / Breakages within 24 hrs.
This is so we can claim back costs via the relevant carrier. failure to do this

We will arrange to collect the machine.
In some instances you may be responsible to pay carriage charge.

JDW Lawnmowers only supply brand named products.
These companies have a extensive network of After Sales Service Centre's ensuring that you the customer will receive prompt and efficient service in the unlikely event of any problems with your machine.
All our products are covered by a full manufacturers warranty.
